Purpose
The purpose of the Sydney Maori Anglican Fellowship Church of Te Wairua Tapu Inc hereto referred to as Church of Te Wairua Tapu advertising and sponsorship program is to generate additional funds to support its vision and mission statement

Advertising Policy
The Church of Te Wairua Tapu accepts advertising on its Web site. The appearance of advertising on the Church of Te Wairua Tapu does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product, nor is advertising allowed to affect editorial decisions or editorial content

The Church of Te Wairua Tapu has the right to refuse any advertisement on its Web site that it deems inappropriate or incompatible with our vision and mission statement and to stop accepting any advertisement prviously accepted

The time of displaying of any Advertising will be negotiated between the Church of Te Wairua Tapu and the advertised company. Advertising may also appear in our weekly panui (newsletter)

Advertisements new to the Church of Te Wairua Tapu Web site require Church Council approval before they can appear on the site

Advertisements, advertising icons and advertiser logos must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. In addition, the Church of Te Wairua Tapu Web pages are designed to label all advertisements with the word “advertisement”

Advertisers may be required to submit supporting documentation to substantiate claims

Advertisements are placed at the discretion of the Church of Te Wairua Tapu and do not appear adjacent to relevant editorial except by chance

Advertisements may not imply endorsement by the Church of Te Wairua Tapu

Neither advertisers nor their agents may collect any personal information from any user viewing the Church of Te Wairua Tapu Web site except with the user’s knowledge and permission and only after giving the user substantive information about the uses to which the information will be put. Similarly, cookies, applets and other such files are prohibited if those files transmit any personally identifiable information to the advertisers or agencies without the user’s knowledge and permission

Sponsorhip Policy
The Church of Te Wairua Tapu shall have sole discretion for determining the sponsorship arrangements it enters into. Sponsorship opportunities include those that promote the vision and mission statement of the Church of Te Wairua Tapu and can include but not limited to educational programs, forums and special events

Determination of sponsorship will be negotiated between the Church of Te Wairua Tapu Council and the sponsoring agency
